I have recently bought a used pc and I have a 600w psych that I have put in it and was wondering if the 350w psu ever bottlenecked the graphics card (I’m just curious lol)

Solution
PSU cannot botteneck your system. It will either not even start or crash in a high load in the best case scenario. In the worst case your PSU will burn out if it's poor quality.
I would HIGHLY not recommend using 350W. According to official nvidia page for GTX 760, 500 W power supply is the minimum recommended system power.
