Core i5 Skylake manual vs adaptive vcore voltage CPU longevity

Will manual vcore on my cpu affect cpu longevity vs using adaptive? I'm using conservative voltage afaik (1.15v on the core)? Will the constant voltage even at idle affect it's lifespan significantly?

Why not just use manual with an offset? When needed all cores will boost up to said overclock. The difference is negligible as long as you don't pump a stupid amount of voltage into it. Processors will last years to come.

Thanks for the input. My motherboard Asrock H170 Pro4/Hyper only has offset & manual option for the vcore.
