Hello, under Windows Security in Windows 11, there is a Core isolation. It is set to Off for Memory Integrity. Is it advisable to turn it on?

Currently it is off due to these incompatible drivers: ftdibus.sys FTDI, wdcsam64_prewin8.sys from Western Digital Technologies, UniFairy.sys

This might be of help to you;

I just went looking on my system, it's enabled. I did read a couple of reddit's whereby they say that it affects the system by a greater degree if your system is a gaming system. My system is used for productivity and work, gaming being the least of it's tasks though it's AM5 so it's not a slouch. What sort of a system are you running?

On older CPU's such as your 9900k, if you game, might be best to keep it off, I don't know how or if it will effect CAD in the same way as games, and depending on the productivity load it can hurt performance, and it also hits storage speeds so a degree as well. On newer CPU's its less of an issue.

If you play with unknown software or generally not sure what you are doing or just experimenting with unknown software it is advisable to turn it on.

I turn it off on my rig, I don't feel I need it, I lived without it for years, I just don't see me needing it for what I do, but we can't really make the decision for you, of course security will be lower with it off.
