core speed drops

hi i have an i5-5200u 2.2ghz and the core speed is 2400 mhz and sudenly drops to 400 mhz i have 100% from power settings and i tryied everything to fix it how can i fix this problem it affects me a lot in games graphic card (nvidia 920m 2gb) 4 gb ddr 3 ram
