In Core Temp (the Program)

their is a TDP 95w

then lower down where the temps are their is another box that says Power what does this box mean? as i was doing a stress test and this box went over 95w the cpu tdp

What does in mean if the Power (Bottom Yellow Highlight) is higher than the TDP Rating
TDP in Intel land is a grossly confusing number.

But basically it's normal for Intel processors to temporarily exceed their TDP rating in boost scenarios. It'll go down after a while. Of note, AMD processors also do this, but their TDP rating, at least until Ryzen 7000, reflects the power consumption of the part a lot more than what Intel provides.
