[SOLVED] Correct Fan Adapter for new Gigabyte fans

I have a Gigabyte GV-N970G1 Gaming-4GD I have just inherited. The original fans all quit, so new fans were put in. These new fans are 4 pin fans, but the PCB only has a 3 pin connector. I am looking for either a 4-Pin to 3-Pin adapter so I can connect it to the board, or a 4-pin to Molex connector so I can connect it the PSU. Problem is I can't seem to find either of these things.
Do any of you know where I can get one from?

You can install a 4 pin fan in a 3 pin header but it will run the fan at the max speed and you will have not control.
