Sorry for a n00b question, I did try searching first but had no luck.
My BIOS is corrupt and I can't even get to Windows. I am wondering if the data on my 2 HDs in a RAID 0 arrary can be saved? Thank you for any help you can provide.

There is software to reconstruct your RAID configuration, can't remember the name unfortunately, but it did happen to me once, and i managed to reconstruct everything in another PC with a different mobo and RAID chip on. It takes time, but at least you get everything back. I used to boot into RAID, but after a few failures, and Acronis True Image, doesn't recognise ICH9R before Windows loads, i installed Windows XP on a standard SATA drive and ever since it loads a bit slower, but all my games and apps are on the RAID, so i don't lose any speed AND i can revert to a previous Windows image or recover after a failure in a matter of minutes istead of hours, without any frustration. I prefer a few extra seconds loading time to save hours and hours of troubleshooting and frustration.
