[SOLVED] Corrupt system files ?

Hello guys, so I have a little problem, no text is shown anymore on my pc, except on browser, this means that task manager, file explorer, right click etc are not showing any text to me anymore. Now I wanted to do the system file checker tool and the system update readiness tool, but whenever I try to open Command Prompt, be it in normal or as an administrator, it opens a small window and closes almost directly. I've been away now on vaccation for a little more than 3 weeks, and it started as soon as i came back and turned on the pc for the first time, also i tried rerstarting the pc, but it works only 1 out 7 times, so does anyone have any idea?

So, I reinstalled the latest BIOS update and rebooted in safe mode, which did help me run the system file checker tool and the system update readiness tool to fix the corrupted files, and until now so far I have not been having any problem anymore. It seems to have helped.
