Question Corrupted files ??

Hello everyone im asking for help
I just bought a new pc and installed windows 10. After that i installed the drivers everything was fine until i downloaded my first game when the download was completed it said that the installation is corrupt. I tried installing it several times and once i could get in game. After playing 5-10 min the game crashed. I tried other games and same result corrupted download files or crash. My pc config is not so bad so i dont think it could be problem with the cpu or video card but who knows.
Already tried doing sfc scannow or Restorehealth sadly no change at all

what game? where did you get it from?

I would say every game. But lets say Conquerers blade . Its a steam game. After downloaded and installed its says corrupted files at the main menu. I ran a game repair then everything was fine until playing the game for 10-30 min It crashes unexpectedly. But other games i cant even install /download because it stops with a corrupted files cant install sign

I also forget to mention that even chrome tabs sometimes freeze then reloads or a Oh snap it crashed sign comes up.
So main issues are corrupted files and crash ...
