Corsair 2133 or G SKill 1866 RAM

Corsair Vengeance Pro 16GB (2x8GB) DDR3 2133 MHz VS. G.SKILL Ares Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) 240-Pin SDRAM DDR3 1866 everything i have read about G Skill has been great but the corsair is 2133 and also has great reviews. So I am on the fence about which one to get. I recently sold my kingston hyper fury 2x8 1600's for 151$. The corsair is 160$ and the g skill is 142$. What would your choice of the 2 be? Here is some of my Desktops pieces to help in the choice...I don't game much, I primarily want to have a super fast computer to watch media with and use to surf and have whatever I want going and not have a "slow" issue doing so.

My mobo is ASUS M5A99X EVO R2.0
processor is Fx-8350 with Cooler Master Hyper T4 CPU Cooler and my video card is a
Sapphire Radeon R9 280X 3GB GDDR5 DVI-I/DVI-D/HDMI/DP Dual-X OC Version (UEFI) PCI-Express Graphics Card

Also I am confused on uefi and why my pc's loading Win8/Ubuntu is so slow, I have made an error when setting the bios up originally and have uefi as a option to boot from and I do not know what I have done wrong.

You will not notice any difference between the two so with the GSkill being cheaper I would go for those.

As you can see, almost no difference between 2666 MHz and 1600 MHz, Ram is not a bottleneck so there is no real reason to get high speed ram with your system.

It doesn't hurt to get higher because usually it's cheaper.

Higher data rate DRAM will show more when multi-tasking and DRAM intensive tasks like video, imaging, CAD, VMs or using large data sets
