Hello everyone... I have an old pc running a Nvidia1050 ti , i5 3450 and 8 GB RAM n 3 Hard drives with Corsair 450VS PSU . Planning to upgrade to Ryzen 5 3600 16GB RAM , will be using the same GPU for now till it works. No plans to upgrade GPU in near future . Do I need to upgrade PSU or will 450 be enough ?

Around 2 years old.
Which VS450 exactly?

I use a 1650 Super, i had a VS550 when built, it went off last month only to bargain with corsair and bought a CV550 a little upgraded Bronze version, like i said a higher version is always better, but VS is ok for budget gpus.

I have a nvidia 1050 ti GPU . Will be using it till it works . No plans to upgrade GPU with the new build which would be centred around Ryzen 5 3600G (APU).

Agreed like I said vs is a white rated psu from corsair, a reliable one for low powered gpus, but still it's the lowest decent psu available from corsair, mine lasted 1 year, so thumb rule is find a psu depends on the spec and needs, but even for budget build decent psu is must plus psu quality also depends on the build price performance ratio, and 80+ plus white like VS450 could last too, but cable quality, connectors power delivery all matters.
