Corsair 570x fans not spinning

Hey first time builder here, the case fans on front my machine have the LEDs on but won't spin. Anyone solution?

Have you tried playing with the fan controller? Everything plugged in?

I'm having the same problem. Out of the 3 front fans, 2 will work perfectly and 1 will stop and start?

Also my corsair logo at the front and power button led will both flicker and won't stay a solid white. The side corsair logo on the psu cover stays a solid white though? Anyone got a suggestion as to What's wrong?
