Question Pc bsods and some games crash for unknown reason

I have a collection of dmp files, some new ones and some from when i wanted to get help from the microsoft forum and they told me to use driver verifier and i got stuck in a forever bsod loop and had to reinstall windows

This is a new month old system that i had built for me, from the start it worked really bad with some games, but nothing happened with others, i had it sent back for repairs and they said the fixed it and it worked for like 4 days without any problems but then the bsods happened again, i talked with them and they found out that a new version of the bios for this pc got released so i updated it and it worked fine, i thought everything is fixed but a few days later bsods appeared again
I tried multiple versions of graphics drivers, did a clear driver install with ddu, used memtest for 8 passes, tried multiple commands that checked system files for corruption, did two clean windows installs, used the pc with only one stick of ram, tried updating all the drivers, nothing worked
I also can send dmp files that are created by the crashing games, maybe they also have some info in them

include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.

First, where did you/they source the installer for the OS? Second, where did you source the installers for the games?

You are likely posting something, like the name of a particular game that is getting flagged. Just mention the game as letters, i.e. Fortnite = FN.

Ram: xpg lancer blade 16gb 6000mt/s x2
SSD/HDD: wd_black sn 770 1tb and kingston kc3000 512gb
GPU: geforce rtx 5070
PSU: pure power 12 750w
Chassis: nzxt h5 flow
OS: windows 11 home
Monitor: s24f350 samsung
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time. I cant find anyhing about the psu age on the box, the bios version is f34 and i see now that the f35 version is available

First, where did you/they source the installer for the OS? Second, where did you source the installers for the games? I dont know where they got the os from, i got the game installers only from official sites, steam, epic games, mc.net. mc is actually one of the games that before i upadted the bios was crashing every 15 minutes and sometimes causing bsods, now with the newer bios version it works fine, but there are still some games that crash constantly and rarely make the whole pc bsod
