It could be a Corsair VS 650, Corsair CX650, Corsair CX650M, Corsair CS650M, Corsair RM650i, Corsair RM650X, Corsair TX650M, and probably others.
Colour wont define what model it is, unless we're specifically comparing revisions in a single model.

This one is the best. https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817151191&nm_mc=AFC-C8Junction&cm_mmc=AFC-C8Junction-VigLink2-_-na-_-na-_-na&AID=12087162&PID=8167422&SID=jltiuwnlaa0035wt05278&utm_medium=affiliates&utm_source=afc-VigLink2&cjevent=107b5c86b37311e881ac00760a180510

But it costs 120$ if that is out of your budget, consider getting 650w version of this PSU.

Edit: for 10$ less 650w isn't worth it.

I wouldn’t recommend any Double-Forward primary topology PSUs, as the transformer whines with high power modern GPUs. That includes the Corsair CXM and Corsair VS.

A high quality 550w power supply will easily be more than enough for the i5 8600 + GTX 1070ti System.

General recommendations include the Bitfenix Whisper, be Quiet Straight Power 11, Corsair RMX, EVGA G3, Seasonic Focus Plus.

It would be helpful to know which case you’re planning to use and where you’re buying from.

I live in India and i am a hardcore gamer and i want to build a gaming pc under 1 lakh rupees ( indian currency) but i am not a pc guy i have a little knowledge about computer hardware and accessories. That's why i am worrying about what will be good for my budget and best for my 1080p ultra gaming.
