Wondering if anyone could approve or improve my hypothetical fan setup in my 760t case with a H100i for me before I complete the build. Diagram with yellow lines drawn by me to show the airflow here:
RdkwQKm.jpg

Right side: 2 fans, intake

Bottom: Case fan: intake

Left Side: Case fan: exhaust

Top: H100i Radiator: 2 fans, exhaust (this is where I've seen a lot of different opinions).

The manual for the H100i suggests using the fans as an INTAKE, yet people have told me exhaust.

Also, first time posting here on these forums and didn't get to read all the posting rules so forgive me if I broke a rule or something, just let me know so I don't do it again.

Hi Sorry no -one replied to your post ,did you complete your build ok ,most of the fans that come with the case are suitable for the cooling ,i take it your removing the bottom mounted drive cage to install another fan ,probably not such a good idea as this has no filter installed so you'll be dragging whatever is on the floor into the case ,i built a similar system awhile back using this case ,but modded the top cover into a aluminium gull wing cover sprayed gloss white, that's the only downside to this case the top cover.

Sorry for being late to the party, but I would recommend you change the top fans to either be intake or not put fans there- positive air pressure (more coming in than going out) will keep the overall temperatures in the case cooler and also nearly eliminate dust buildup. I also highly recommend getting some custom dust filters because I have this case and without them it got filled with dust even with positive air pressure. Hope that helps, albeit a bit late 😀
