I was just wondering will it cause negative air pressure if i have 3 exhaust fan and the 1 in the back. And having 2 intakes in the front and 1 intake from the bottom?

If you have 4 exhaust and 3 intake and they are all operating at the same rpm, then yes you will have negative air pressure.

If you have any radiators on any of the exhaust fans that might help to even out the pressure.
Dust filters create restrictions, so if all the intake fans are filtered that's going to add to the negative air pressure too.
