Yes the you can go for AF series with slightly lower CFM but still gives you pretty good performance. Consider this:

i heard that SP fans is better for rads do you think i should go AF ? series
 


That depends, are you putting the fans on radiator sinks or hard drive bays (near stuff) or as a case fan (out in the open), if the former, static presure (SP) is better while air flow (AF) is better out in the open.

If you are likely to need to ever put it near stuff, get SP.
 

well im just putting it on front case im using nzxt s240 i need 2 140mm to put on to the front and 1 on top
and getting an SP for a Liquipd cooler for the cpu
