So the rear fan that came with my case (Corsair Carbide 200r) doesn't seem to work on boot... Unless I open the case up and give it a little push.. From there it is fine. Is there anyway I can fix this? I have tripled checked that it is in the right socket/pins. Would I need to install a new fan or even rma the case/fan?

Solution
So it's connected to the motherboard right? What setting do you have for the fan profile in the UEFI/BIOS? Is it set to full speed? Some fans have trouble starting if the voltage is too low. If it's already set to full speed I would take it out and clean it good with compressed air and a brush or a towel then see if it works. Some fans also get dry. You can re-lubricate certain types of case fans. Search Youtube there are plenty of videos how to do it.
