Hi my rig is
Proccessor: R5 3600
Motherboard: Tomahawk B450
Cooler: Corsair h100i
GPU: RTX 3060
Viper Patriot 8gb 3200 x 2
Nvme A2000 500gb
Samsung 860 1TB

Current PSU is Corsair CV 650 Bronze.

After reading much forum, I realise that this psu is low spec and am worried about my components. Should I change to CX or is this psu is fine?

If all you're powering is a 3060, you're more than fine. There are SI's in the EU that are using this same PSU in builds with 3080 cards without issue.

Change it. And with a GPU that expensive, I might even be more ambitious and get something RMx level. Certainly wouldn't keep a basic, entry-level one though.
