Hey looking at one one of these but will it power theses specs
Amd Athlon x4 760k 100w
4gb ram
A55bm-A mobo
One HDD
5 case fans and my CPU cooler
Also is this a good psu or have any of you had issues with it

I have one in my build at the moment, and It'll be fine for your build. It's not silent, but it isn't the loudest thing either, and if you're running 5 case fans you probably won't notice it anyway.

It's a good choice for your specs, but I wouldn't expect it to last too long past it's 3 year warranty.

The CX series uses cheap capacitors from china. I personally would go with this PSU

Can't order from newegg but I'll keep my eye out for one thanks in the meantime I'll keep doing my research
