I was looking at buying a new PSU because the one I have now is complete garbage and has no records online. I found the Corsair CX500M on a huge sale with $20 rebate and I noticed it doesn't say anything about 4-pin connectors (which is what my intake and outtake fans need). Are there any cables out there that are compatible with this PSU? Need an answer as soon as possible because 10% off ends today.

It goes into the fan header, as shown above. You have the option to plug it into the motherboard or directly into the power supply.

What do you recommend I buy?

Almost all of those are out of my price range as I'm on a budget. I think I'll stick with the CX500M. But are there any cables I can buy to power my 2 intake and outtake fans? (That are compatible with the PSU of course)

the cx500M is fine for what you want. everyone hates it but honestly there are much worse out there. it's not going to explode on you. i mean, it COULD but that'd be based on bad luck more so than the psu being universally hated by almost everyone.

Case fans plug into the motherboard. You can plug them into a power supply with a 4-pin molex connector, but then they'll always run at 100%. Corsair CX does come with 3 of these molex cables.

@dangus: no, it won't explode, it just won't last very long. It'll have short lifetime.

Where do I plug them in on the mobo? And sorry for all these questions, new to this.
