Corsair CX550M PSU for my new 1060

I have a Corsair CX500 Green PSU, and have heard many bad things about it. I recently bought a 1060 and I want to get the CX550M Grey PSU. My PC is very budget as it was a prebuilt from about 3-4 years ago
i5-3330
8Gb Ram
EVGA GTX 1060 SC

So would there be any problems if i got with this PSU?
p.s poor uni student and also lives in AUS 🙁

Yes it will be fine, its a good psu

You could just try with the old psu,it isn't that bad and has enough protections. Only when it fails get a new one,but that's my opinion. 😉
