Hi , is Corsair CX600W v2 80 Plus a good PSU for my system?

RAM : 6 GB RAM
GPU : AMD 7950 Vapor-X
CPU: I5 2400
Motherboard : Foxconn 2ABF

Yes. Your GPU has a minimum requirement of a 500 watt power supply. And your CPU shouldn't make that big of a dent. Plus, Corsair is very good for making reliable PSUs.

Hi - Total system power consumption with hd7950 is slightly
more than 300w, so the cx600 is more than enough.
