Corsair H100i Not Detected?

So I plug in my new H100i, and it lights up and the fans spin and my CPU stays cool.. but the Corsair Link 2 doesn't detect any H100i so I can't edit the fan or LED Settings or update firmware.. and when I plug the H100i USB 4 pin connector into my MOBO (MSI GD65 Gaming) Windows pops up saying that the USB device cannot be recognized, and it is an unknown device.

Any fixes?

I've tried this. I can't update the firmware because when I try to it says that the H100i is not detected.

Im having the same problem. Thinking about returning it and going with nzxt kraken x60. Corsair products have been lacking in quality lately...
