[SOLVED] Corsair h100i rgb platinum, leds working in only one fan

Hi, I just bought this specific AIO (Corsair h100i RGB Platinum) and I've come across with a problem that bothers me. This problem first came when I started my computer after installing the AIO. So the cooler has 2 fans and both of them spin. But only one has led working in it. In iCUE it shows that both of them are working and have leds on and I "can" customize both, but nothing ever happens in that one fan. Connections have been checked more than twice, so there's nothing more that I'm willing to do with out guidance, because I feel like this is something I need help with.

Try swapping the fan leads.
See what happens
If the fan that was working goes out try wiggling that wire to see if it's a short or poor connection.

How many wire are coming off each fan.
If it 1 wire how many pin plug is it.
