Corsair h100i v2 Problem [EDITED]

Hello!

I am not sure if I installed correctly, but in Corsair Link, the fans listed under the liquid cooler says 0RPM. I am just not sure why the temperatures are so high? I reinstalled twice and I still get the same effects. 20-30 percent of the usage brings in about 40C to 60C. My motherboard is an ASUS Z170A with an i7 6700k.

Connect the two fans to the pump itself. Connect the single cable to the cpu_fan header.
