This is a two part question.

Firstly which of the two coolers named in the title would be best for cooling the below specs,

Cpu - i5 4690K,
Mobo - Asus VII Hero
RAM - Corsair Vengeance Pro 1600mhz, 2 x 8GB
GPU - MSI GTX 970 4G
Case - H440 Red/Black
PSU - EVGA G2 750w

I plan to do a light OC, and will primarily be using the PC for video and picture editing, as well as high graphic setting gaming, on racing sims such as GT5.

Q1 - Which of the two coolers would be better for this build, any other suggestions are ok, however I would like to stick to 120mm fans on the rads, as I already have two Corsair PWM 120mm fans, that I have from a mates build. I would rather use Water cooling, as I would like to minimalize clutter inside the case, to make it cleaner to look at.

Q2 - With the H440, I will be having three 120mm fans for intake up front and a rear 140mm fan as exhaust. If I mount the radiator in the top, would I be better having the fans as intake or exhaust.

Thanks for your answers.

EDIT - I would also happily consider the Kraken X61 cooler, have read positive reviews of this. I would just replace fans with corsair SP fans, or another better SP fan pair.

Another quick question, do the fans on the radiator, have to be PWM, or could I just use standard three pin Static pressure case fans, as the corsair fans I want to use, do not have a 140mm PWM version, I am trying to keep all fans in the case exactly the same.
