Hello Guys!
Im a new builder and today i got all my parts. I mounted the motherboard (Msi z97 gaming 5) in my (S340 Nzxt case) But when i proceeded to mounting my Corsair h110i gtx, it all fell apart. I've been stuck on this for 2 hours now, and i cant seem to fix it.
The Problem: The backplate seems to "Wiggle" alot, i've read that its normal to have a little room, but when i try to mount the pump unit with the thumbscrews it all fuck up. The thumbscrews wont seem to go down, and the pump doesn't seem to fit the backplate.
Please Help me :)
P.s I could have fucked up somewhere along the way, so please just guide me through it :)
And Yes the Motherboard and cooler is compatible :)

Solution
corsair H80i coolers have the same problem. this is solved by removing the backplate and putting 5/32x3/8x1/16 rubber washers on the backplate then reinstalling on motherboard. You will then be able to get a good connection between the CPU and pump. This is discussed on the Corsair forums. Good luck !http://forum.corsair.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=155 Corsair H80i needs backplate washers
