Corsair H115i Not Working?

I have been trying to get the H115i to work for the past 4 hours, but it just won't work. Every time I start the PC, everything turns on except the AIO and it's 2 fans. There's no sound and not even the LED lights up. The 2 fans are plugged into the pump, and the pump is being powered by the SATA power cable. I have also plugged in the Corsair Link cable and the fan header into the MotherBoard.
Also, I'm not sure if this is what's causing it, but the SATA power cable is 1 cable that has 3 headers on it. The one wire is powering my SSD and the pump, with an extra one free. (Corsair CX650)
Is there a way I could tell that it's the H115i that's not working?

Yes I have.
I have plugged in the SATA Cable, the 2 fans into the 2 fan headers coming off the pump, the corsair link cable and the fan header into the motherboard.

Then it might be a faulty cooler, assuming that the power supply does provide power.

I think it might be. But is there a way to 100% confirm that?

Try connecting the radiator fans to the CPU_Fan and CPU_Opt headers on motherboard and the pump to SATA and a Sys_Fan (Cha_Fan) header
