Obviously the Evo is cheaper and in the budget range I'm working to it would leave extra money for a higher-end graphics card so I'm left wondering if there's any major advantage in opting for water over air cooling? Have also heard a few horror stories about leakage and while I know that's pretty rare it's still not a risk I'm too comfortable taking if it isn't absolutely necessary.

So my question is, what are the pros and cons and would either of them do a decent job of keeping the PC cool and quiet? (FYI the case is a Corsair 230t and I have no current plans to overclock but the option to do so would be a bonus.)

I think meteors meant aio coolers are louder than air? 😛 Also, consider that an Aio cooler, in this case the H60, have always the risk of leaking and killing your system, low risk, but it does exist.
