I personally have good experiences with Seasonic PSUs, and one of my dad's collegues who builds computers for his department also stands by Seasonic, he has never seen one fail over the years.

According to the ones you have selected, Seasonic and Antec are tier 1 (the best) according to the inhouse list:

The other two are Tier 2, but they are still capable units.

My initial reaction is that you should consider this form: http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/id-1804779/power-supply-unit-tier-list.html

You are going to want a Tier 1 or 2 psu. Depending on your budget of course.

I personally recommend Seasonic or EVGA. Seasonic is the company that manufactors the corsair ax series psu's, and have features such as fanless mode which I am personally fond of (although some dislkie it.) EVGA on the other hand has really stepped up their quality and overall value in recent years for psu's and are therefore another brand Id recommend.

I also ran a couple psu calculations and based on the info you gave plus a couple worst case scenario selections (h100i cooling, 5 fans,4.8 OC, 4 sticks of ram...) I got a recommended wattage of about 700. Now if you account for capacitor aging of 25% you are at about 850 watts, so if you want you can save some money by reducing your psu wattage, especially considering all upgrades to your system, especially in the gpu will be more efficient than the 290s you have selected now.

I'm reading more about the SS XP3-1050, and it is indeed sounding rather nice.
I have the money for a 1KW + unit, so I'd prefer to go that way. OuterVision's PSU calculator recommends 946W, but then I have all manner of crap in that box =P

Looks good. The calculators are great tools and if you have the money definitely get more watts. Seasonic is a great psu, I run the 800 watt version in my build atm and its amazing. You will not have any issues. Their tech support is pretty good as well.

Also I know this is unrelated to your question but your cpu voltages seems a little high?
