Corsair HX650 or TX650 PSU?

i found the TX650 for $90 and the HX650 for $110 is it worth the extra $20 to get the HX650?

Corsair HX650 < Is a high quality power supply , a very nice choice.

HX is semi-modular and TX isn't. If you can get the Gold edition then I'd say grab it over the cheaper TX.
