Hey guys, I recently installed a Corsair H150i pro edition. Rather then using the fans that came with the cooler I went ahead and installed 3 PWM high speed 2200 RPM 120 silent wing 3 fans.

I have been trying to use the Corsair software to control the fans but I can only adjust the pump speed. The other three fans are either off or at max. The only middle ground I could find was to set an RPM, which I set to 900 but the fans only run up to about 720. I tried to use corsair link software but they didnt help either. Anyone have any ideas?

Solution
Well, first we'd need to determine if the issue is with the pump's fan controller or if it's with the fans.

So ... put the stock fans back on. Then see if it works correctly.

(Note: it's also unlikely that you'll see any measurable performance improvement with the higher speed fans; you get diminishing returns on performance with radiators as fan speeds increase.)
