Question Corsair K70 RGB Problem

When I turned on my pc the keyboard wasn't working. I unplugged and replugged the keyboard into my various USB ports and there was no luck. I've tried using the ESC reset method and adjusting the setting on the back to bios and such. Still not hope. I checked the device manager where I found something strange. My keyboard was being recognised as a USB mass storage device. I'm not sure how to fix this. If you can help, that would be much appreciated.

Try shutting your pc down. Next change the polling rate on the back of the keyboard to the slowest setting. Start up your pc and when at the Windows login or desktop plug the keyboard back into a usb3 port.

Assuming that the slowest setting is "8", this solution hasn't been any use.

It appears I skipped a method on the corsair website. I will try this now as this seems to link to my issue.

If you did not get this fixed yet, test the keyboard on another computer. Are you using any USB extenders? I think that keyboard has dual head USB for power, both are in?
