Any benefits? Nice eye candy? Not worth it or are they like smartphones; they all have positives and negatives and suits whatever your needs are. I would use it to see my system's health but not for overclocking or messing with voltage.

I'm torn between a Corsair 760T full tower and NZXT's Phantom and either Corsair's Hydro 110i or NZXT's kraken x61. Can't go wrong with either?

I've used Corsair Link, along with a Corsair Link Commander Mini, and I'm not really into having things running that I don't need. It did give cool options for controlling fans and seeing temps, but I don't like having any software running if I don't need it.

As for the coolers, I would just go with whichever has the better reviews and benchmarks. I'm sure either will cool very well, but why would you get a 280mm cooler and not overclock? 😀

To keep it cool, real cool silly :) I see both CAM and LINK are buggy but I'm curious if it's something to have to see the numbers and the lighting looks cool also.

I personally didn't have any problems with Corsair Link when I used it (about 1-2 months ago), although I didn't use it for more than a week. Just not my cup of tea. That and it's sort of awkward to set up, as it's not the most user friendly software I've seen - not as bad as Speedfan though.

If you want to be a rebel, you could always use the multitude of options that are Windows gadgets. Also, I prefer the Corsair 760T. That full door window is so sexy.

Haha :) I know, I'm liking the full window of the 760T. I read their cable management system is fantastic as well.

I probably would be in awe; check temperatures and play with the lights, then like you; not use it for a while. I was just curious. Sounds like both Link and CAM are similar. I was reading the reviews and watching the youtube videos and it seems like they both can be buggy; both are sworn to be good but user reviews are in the middle. So it sounds like either one is ok.

I hate this trying to to figure out which one I would go for, the 760T from Corsair (with Link) and Corsair's 110i Hydro or NZXT's Phantom (with CAM) and Kraken x61.

Yeah, I'm in one of those moods to go all out and rebel; including a 980ti (or another) and the 27" Asus RoG 144mhz g-sync monitor based on Intel Skylake.
