I recently built a new pc. My heatsink has a ml120 pro white fan on it, and for some reason in this new build the led brightness is super low. Ive tried plugging it in to multiple different fan headers on my mobo (all 4 pin pwm), and nothing is working. The fan speed is fine and its cooling my cpu perfectly, but the lights are too dim, even after trying to change the fan speed and such. Any idea why this is happening? My psu has enough power for everything and it was full brightness in my old case. Thanks

Solution
In PWM mode, ML120 Pro LED should have it's LED at full brightness. I have 4x ML120 Pro LED fans in use (3x in Skylake, 1x in Haswell, full specs with pics in my sig) and i can see clearly that LED is at full brightness, despite fan spinning at 500RPM, give or take some.
Yours isn't at full brightness, even when fan spins at 2400 RPM +/- some? If so, RMA your fan and get a replacement. Corsair customer support is known for it's friendliness and they are quite eager to help out people who have issues with their products. I've contacted Corsair due to the few issues my 750D Airflow Edition case had on arrival.
