I have 2x4 GB corsair ram lpx
CMK8GX4M2A2666C16

I want to OC to 3000mhz, but I couldn't figure its timings and voltage? Please someone help me

i5-7400
Gigabyte Z270 Ultra Gaming (Latest Bios F9b)

Well you will need to up the DRAM voltage to 1.35v to have any chance of running 3000mhz stable with that kit. Timings might need to b e increased as well, if so I would try maybe 17-18-18-35 if that doesn't work then maybe 17-19-19-38. It may not be capable of that speed no matter what you do.

I have exactly the same Kit and i succeeded to overclock with the following setting:
3000MHz 15-18-18-36 1.28V.

You can try.

Hey guys. i've figured it self 😀. thanks for all your help
i set to 3200Mhz with 15 17 17 36 1.300V
i dont want set to 1.35 because the higher you set the risky will, however with 1.300V still boot up 😀

just seen this thread, I have the same ram on a asus prime a320mk mobo, I can change the frequency to 2933mhz without changing anything else if I change everything to yours would it work? Just built first PC see
