Corsair Rm650 Fans never spinning <-- help

sorry for my noobs question, yes I know corsair rm series fans just spin when load more than 40%
but I try everything to make the fan spin, furmark, msi kombustor, 3d mark, prime94 for almost 10 hours but still the fan never spin
my corsair rm650 just 2 month old and the fan never spin all the way, should I rma my psu?

i think with my spec it should be load more than 300 watts with benchmark test
i5 2500k (non oc)
ga z77x d3h
8gb corsair vengeance pro 1866mhz (2x4gb)
Noctua NH-U9B SE2
amd radeon hd 7870 ghz
samsung 840 evo 240gb
1 tb wd caviar black
5 12cm corsair fan (3 sp120 fan as intake and 2 af120 red led as exhaust)
2 8cm deepcool fan with red led (I use this as vga cooler, put under my vga)
some of led lights

Your gpu is the most power consuming unit & the7870 does not consume that much power to put your psu under 40% load.
You can run 2 7870s in crossfire with that psu.

Try running kombustor & p95 at the same time.

thx mate, ok now after i running kombustor and prime95 at the same time, the fan just move a litle bit (not spin) and then stop again

thx everyone, i found my own answer
it wont spinn even with load more than 40%, the fan will spin if load more than 40% and ambient temperature higher than 35 degree C with no airflow after 15 minutes run
I'm good to go as long as no random shutdown, well I think it's a good PSU
