Question Corsair rm750x

Hey!
Made a new PC this weekend and my brand new rm750x stopped working after 2-3 hours..
Used my old rm750 until today, then i plugged the new in, and after 2-3 hours it stoppped working also.
Anything wrong i might be doing? Or just bad luck.

Bro, you might want to check that outlet. You could be having a shortage going on.

If it's not the outlet, it could be your board, your CPU overheating, your GPU overheating. Keep a monitor on EVERYTHING before it shutsdown.

You can also check windows event logs to see if it was a software error or power error.

The outlet is just fine.
My old PSU in the new rig works lovely.
But the one i returned and the new here worked for around 2-3 hours before shutting down and not working.

My old is a rm750 , the new is the rm750x.

When pressing the power on button, the psu clicks and nothing happening..

Did you put the old psu back in and retest it everything? Don't assume it's still working just because it worked initially. Something may have gone wrong after the swap. If you have confirmed that everything still works with the old unit, then i would lean towards the unit possibly being defective.
