The cooling for the graphics card seems a bit rough. If I am seeing it correctly, the fan for the GPU will suck in air from the bottom of the case. But then where does it exhaust it? I guess a GPU with a blower would almost be a necessity for effective cooling.

Maybe they want to make sure you buy their liquid cooling option for the GPU.
 
Unless you're going for a small HTPC-type GPU, then yes you should be liquid cooling a high-wattage gpu like a 970/980/980TI/Fury in this box. This is designed to be a nearly silent, living-room console replacement, and the last thing you'd want is a hair-dryer in there.
