Corsair strafe Not detecting

Corsair strafe RGB,suddenly not working but it's lighting when I opened my pc. I tried plugging it in and out,then restarted it many time;however, it doesn't work, kindly help me. 🙁

Try and plug it into usb 2.0 for some reason my corsair strafe does not like usb 3.0
