Hey every one,i have a corsair tx650 psu ad the fan is constantly making a ticking noise,i want to replace the fan,i have a spare aerocool shark fan 12cm 0.3amps or a thermaltake tt-1225 0.3amps,does anyone know the spec of the corsair tx650 fan?so i know if the fans i have are sufficient.and if they not then i will want to buy one then strip the psu.and while im asking ont the 3pin fans, black is negative.is red positive or rpm?and yellow i will know when i can verify what red is.thanks guys.o and not worried about warranty as i got this psu from a friend of a friend and i dont have proof of purchase

not yet,but im in south africa so to get an rma might take a while ,and being with out a pc for who knows how long i would end buying a another psu,so im prepared to void the warranty ,would just like to know what i need before a strip it:)

okay i was board tonight(south african time) i opened up my psu,so i see its a 140 mm fan
Make :Yate Loon D14BH-12
Rpm :2800
current :0.7A
can anyone recommend a fan to replace it?
i found the original fan One Aliexpress for like $30 ,but not really keen on the same fan incase i have the same problem plus ill end up waiting for like two months for delivery

so i thin i have found a fan that i want to get,but will soldier the old wires orr the old fan and solder it into the new fan(solder directly on the fans board so there are no joins and splices)can any one tell me if this fan is suitable for the psu, and it has a starting voltage of 5volts
the new fan i can get from a local shop.
