CORSAIR TX650M vs VENGEANCE 650M

Hello Guys,
I am building new gaming pc, specs are
i5-8600k
Asrock Z370 motherboard
2x8GB 3200mhz RAM
4tb hdd
gtx 1060 3gb --- planning to buy upcoming 2060/2070 GPU
but i am confused for these 2 PSU
both are semi-modular and budget oriented . please help me decide which will be good for overclocking
and is 650w enough or i should consider 750w varient.

and if you have another psu in mind please suggest under 100$-120$

The Corsair TX 650M is better than the Vengeance 650M. But where you are buying from? If your the budget you listed is in USD you can get something far better than those well below $100-120, such as this > https://pcpartpicker.com/product/2HbwrH/corsair-rmx-2018-650w-80-gold-certified-fully-modular-atx-power-supply-cp-9020178-na.

To answer your question, either of the supplies you mentioned would handle the build fine, even with an an RTX 2060/2070 but if you're picking between the two, i'd encourage taking the TX650M. Hope this helps!
