This is the first time i build my own pc, I think i install everything okay cause i been using the pc 2 week right now. But i didnt notice that my ram its running at 2133 mhz instead of 3200. If i change the ram mhz to 3200 the ram will overclocked and it will heat more?

And if i change the ram mhz do i have to put XMP I or XMP II i am new at this so i dont know what to do.

Build:
CPU: i9-9900k
MOBO: Asus PRIME z390-A (Bios Version 1105)
GPU: Rog Strix 2080 super
RAM: Corsair Vengance rgb pro 32gb ((2x8)(2x8)) (CMW16GX4M2E3200c16) running at 2133
P.Supply: Corsair Rm 750x Gold 80+

And do i need to update the MOBO Bios or not?

You bought 2 separate 2x 8GB kits?

Well, you're welcome to try the XMP profile, but there's no guarantee things will run smoothly afterwards... the 4 stick config will likely be more stable if left at 2133.

i been searching and i need to flash the bios. By doing that do i need to doit with a USB ? and what can happen if i dont update bios and put the xmp?

Yes. But i did make sure that the label where the serial NO. is was the same.

So recommend to Leave it on 2133? i mean there is any problem at all its goes smooth.
