This one has better latency for xmp profile setup and oc, get a really good quality board from msi or gigabyte and it'll do just fine.

Use 2 x memory modules from dual channel kit in dual channel mode to maximize memory bandwidth. So the 2 x 4 GB Vengeance would be the better option of the three.
