2. teamgroup price is 80$

Which one is best + better cooling and stable and best overall

Timings I haven't checked yet.
If it's better I will change opinion on 8$ difference.

I am not I a country that has warranty manufactures so I have to send back to country from where I bought from

Cross your fingers about quality control issues.

There is always some risk if your choices are not on the qualified list.

Would either of these choices have clearance problems with your cooler?

You might be able to google differences on the specific chips used if you can find that level of detail. Not likely to make a big difference, but you may find some horror stories and then have to decide whether they mean anything useful, just like any other anonymous Internet claim.

If you are a slave to benchmarks, slight differences in timings might be a big deal to you, leading to regrets if you make the "wrong" decision even though you'd never notice it.

Return privileges from the seller would matter to me, but all RAM may have the same privileges for you. I don't know.
