So i built me a new computer solely for playing Tomb Raider, Diablo 3, BF3, Bio Infinite, and Neverwinter. I have a ECS A970M-Deluxe Motherboard. I have a Fx-4300 Quad Currently. Im going to be upgrading soon to the 8350 Vishera Revision and the Oct-Core Processor when the price comes down a little. Anyway my problem. My motherboard specifically states that it accepts 2133mhz Memory in O.C. Mode so I purchased 2133mhz Memory. I bought the 2x4gb set of Corsair Vengeance Memory that states this memory will run at 2133mhz on a motherboard that supports it. So the fastest I can get it to without the system crashing is 1866mhz. I know theres many threads related to this issue and this memory but I have a different motherboard then them. Does anyone know the timings to run it at 2133mhz. I can upload screenshots of my gay gui bios. I wish this motherboard was older because there might have been some bios upgrades or hacks but its too new. Please any answers would be great.

Is this the MoBo and memory in question: Motherboard and Memory

If not, what's the exact part numbers? If it's correct according to the manufactures supported RAM list, your RAM is not compatible with your MoBO. There is NO Corsair RAM @ 2133 that is compatible.

Also, why did you go for 2133 if you're only gaming??? It won't make even the slightest improvement in game.
