So I recently decided to jump onto the fad and join the RGB club, the problem is that I sit right next to my FULL window tower and the LED's are a bit bright, iCUE has no option to change this despite the software ADVERTISING brightness control. This is like corsairs flagship memory and they go crazy over it, I swear to god why wouldn't it have brightness control.

"Recently".

If you are still in the window of opportunity to return the LED's etc. then do so.

However, I found the following link:

http://forum.corsair.com/v3/showthread.php?t=178531

Specifically, the following suggestion:

"Set a top layer of "Static Color". Set the color to Black (0,0,0). Then set its Opacity."

Not sure if the link is applicable or not but may be a starting point for you.

That suggestion only works if you have software control enabled for the RAM, which will eat CPU.

But in the same spot where you enable software control (Settings ... Vengeance RGB PRO), you also have a brightness slider.
