Get help from the CORSAIR user forums and/or RMA the RAM. It may have some hardware/firmware issues. Also I would have have not chosen that RAM if I were you as you have NO Corsair hardware as far as I can see and you got some old GPU with no backplate which doesn't make sense for a build with RGB components so I would have just chosen a better GPU and something like Corsair Vengeance LPX to get more FPS for just as much money as getting that GPU and RGB RAM.
Also if you want RGB RAM that is sure to work with Asus aura then possibly try GSkill Trident Z RGB as that has been around for over a year> So for the software side of things it is more mature than Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro.
I am not telling you what you should or should not buy but it just doesn't make sense when I see pictures of certain builds. I mean why go for NZXT Kraken cooler and NZXT fans when you are going to pair them with RGB parts from the likes of Coorsair or whatever when they do the same product categories and much much more in RGB I understand it may sound a little too much fanboyish but until there are universal standards and software for the whole thing then getting RGB stuff from different manufacturers doesn't seem right for example EVERY PC part and peripheral I have is from Corsair (Including my primary M.2 SSD I got on sale) besides CPU (Intel Core i7 7700K), GPU (Asus ROG Strix RX480) Motherboard (Asus ROG Strix z270H), HDD (Seagate Barracuda Pro something that is 4TB) and my Asus MG248Q monitor
also Corsair is trying to get MSI products to work on iCUE software and they are moving in to custom water cooling (in Computex 2017 they showed off custom water cooling gear and in december 2017 they hired ex EKWB employees) and gaming monitor (in March I think they had job listings for a "monitor product manager" on indeed(dot)com) markets
