I'm looking to get the VENGEANCE® RGB RT 32GB (2 x 16GB) DDR4 DRAM 3600MHz C16 Memory Kit and have a few questions to ask before I do

1) It says under tech specs that
the performance profile is XMP 2.0 but on the site it says optimized for AMD so it will work with XMP?

2) Under tech specs it says SPD Speed 3200MHz and Tested Speed (Up To)3600MHz so does that mean out of the box its 3200MHz and with XMP its 3600MHz? If needed I have a i7 12700k and a MSI Z690 Pro-A mobo

1| Look at Memory Compatibility and Memory Detail Compatibility sections, respectively;

2| DDR4 starts at 2133MHz, so you should be seeing that out of the box or DDR4-2400MHz. You will need to enable X.M.P or D.O.C.P(if you're on Asus) or A-X.M.P(If you're on an MSI board) in BIOS in order to see DDR4-3200MHz or DDR4-3600MHz speeds.

Just make sure you're on the latest BIOS version for your motherboard, then clear CMOS before dropping in any ram kits.

Yeah I updated the bios the other day when I put my system together right now I'm using my 16gb ram I had in my old system but want to upgrade to 32GB now looming the highest intel series I see listed is intel 600 series so if they are talking about the Motherboard I have a MSI Z690 Pro-A so it is compatible unfortunately my questions werent really answered. I was

But thank you I didn't know about the CMOS thing I have always just removed and added
